We would like to take this time to tell you more about our Foundation.
The Ozark Area Racers Foundation is actually you, the person reading this letter. Yes we all love going to the races. There are the true Legends and Pioneers. But face it, without you, our fans, there would be no racing to reminisce about with aU of the other fans that supported the races here in the Ozarks.

In the past, numerous people have indicated that they would like to help with a donation to further the history of oval track racing here in the Ozarks. At this time we want to inform you of our next steps in our mission and growth. We are looking to the future with anticipation on establishing a museum that will truly promote the rich racing history here in the Ozarks.

The Ozark Area Racers Foundation has a tax exempt status from the Federal income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to us are deductible under section 170 of the Code. We are qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devised, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 on the code.
